If you are unable to attend your scheduled session, you may request to reschedule with at least 24 hours’ notice. Sessions missed without prior notice may not be eligible for rescheduling.

In the rare event that your session cannot be fulfilled as scheduled on our end, you will be offered a rescheduled time.
